From Bon Appetit Magazine
- ½ c ricotta
- ¼ c whole plain yogurt
- 3 Tbsp olive oil (you can always add more)
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- Salt, pepper
- Handful of tender herbs (such as basil, dill, parsely, cilantro, sage, etc.)
Place yogurt and ricotta and olive oil in a bowl. Grate garlic into bowl and blend ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to bowl. Roughly chop herbs of your choosing. Add to bowl and blend until smooth.
Dip some yummy vegetables to enjoy!
