  • 2 peaches, washed, peeled, and chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, washed and chopped
  • 2 green onions, washed and sliced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, washed, seeded, and finely chopped
  • 2 T. honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill, serve with baked tortilla chips.
