Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 beet, grated
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 sprig mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
